The Thomas Miller (IOM) office has around 60 employees, which support our War Risk Insurance, Investment Services, Captive Management, and Central Services functions, which consist of Finance, Compliance, Receptionists, Human Resources, and IT.
Supporting our employees is our primary goal. We believe that by providing our employees with the tools and support necessary to succeed, will not only offer them a job, but a career. This allows Thomas Miller to specialise in supporting our clients needs, which is why we have over 139 years experience managing market leading organisations.

We run a number of schemes internally from recycling to energy saving and we are concerned to identify and manage our impact on our planet and, where appropriate, our suppliers’ impact as well, which forms part of our wider ESG strategy.

Hiring Process
Candidates will ordinarily be required to attend two interviews.
- The first interview would be held with the hiring line manager and an HR representative.
